I especially like the part about falling ill, then having the time to paint. Often it seems a serendipitous event extends the artist's ability to focus.... or something like that. In my case it was a hand injury that ended my idea of becoming a musician. Also appreciate the notes about blogs and business versus galleries. Great interview.
